Union Way was created as a method for our community members to develop the ideals and values that make Union what it is and then to take those values and make them tangible in the lives that we lead. So that we might live each day with a fuller and more genuine relationship with ourselves, with our community and with God.

When you sign up for Union Way, you will begin by learning about what makes Union, Union and why we chose our core values. Then, you will create a "bento box" of these core values that is catered to your life and what you want to accomplish through the program. Based on the needs of your bento box, we will pair you with a Union mentor, someone who has been through the Union Way process and will support you as you work towards your goals.

We believe that it is important to be intentional about those things that we say we value. That when we live through our values every day, we have the opportunity to find a greater fulfillment within ourselves, and with God. Be a part of this journey with us.
