What You’ll Do:

Learn What Makes Union, Union
Explore our seven core values — Sanctuary, Generosity, Boundary-Breaking, Quality, Storytelling, Sustainability, and Apostleship.

Build Your “Bento Box”
Create a personalized growth plan based on the values you want to embody — in your own life and in your community.

Get a Buddy
You’ll be paired with someone who’s already completed Union Way and will walk with you through your process.

Go on a Pilgrimage (Optional)
Wrap up your journey with a fully-funded multi-day trip exploring creativity, calling, and community in Boston & Salem during October 16-20th, 2025.
